   By using TheChallengeOneMC Minecraft server, the DiscordSRV plugin, and our Discord bot, you acknowledge that we do not hold any rights or copyrights related to Minecraft or its components.
   You agree to use our Discord bot and server responsibly and adhere to all community guidelines. We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.
   Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes made.

2. User Responsibilities
   You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Discord account.
   You must not misuse the bot, interfere with its operation, or share the code without permission.
   You must have permission from the server owner to log server activities.
   Users are expected to respect other players and maintain a positive community environment.
   Any form of harassment, hate speech, or discrimination will not be tolerated and may result in bans.

3. Limitations of Liability
   The developers of the server, bot, and their code are not responsible for any damages or losses arising from the use of the server or bot.
   This includes, but is not limited to, data loss, service interruptions, or account bans.
   We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services and are not liable for downtime.
   Users participate at their own risk, and we are not responsible for third-party content linked through our services.
   We reserve the right to terminate access to our services at any time for violations of these terms.
